Kamal Model Schoool, Mohan Garden, New Delhi was founded by Sankalpa Educational, Welfare adn Charitabe Society (Regd.) in 1993. Reverend O.P. Tandon, a great teacher and a philanthropist has been the founding Father-Cum-Chairman of this school. The school has been doing its utmost to fruitfully serve the ducational needs of West Delhi in general and Mohan Garden and its surrounding areas in particular. The School has a strong commitment to ethical development and spiritual growth of the students. The school instils values of individuality and creativity into the students. The school, by inculcating among the students the spirit of responsibility and service to the Society, endeavours to make them good citizens of this great nation. Due to the dynamic personality and the vision of its chairman Sh. V. P. Tandon, the school has not only got upgraded to Senior Secondary level within a short span but has also made speedy progress with stability. The School has the credit of having a well qualified, experienced, hard working and satisfied stable teaching staff. The School values the participation of all i.e. the students, their parents, staff and the management for achieving the goals of efficiency, commitment, provision of individual care to students and updation of academic curriculum from time to time. Kamal Model School follows a five and a half day week. The average strength of the class is 25 students. The teachers are assigned their classrooms, while the students walk to their respective subject rooms at the end of each period.Yoga, Music, Art, Sanskrit & Design and technology our compulsory subjects. Our well-equipped school library subscribes a variety of newspapers & magazines and also has computers with internet connections. Being informed on current affairs is a vital link to the outside world.
