Ridge Valley School is a two -section model school, promoted by DLF Foundation. It is a K-12 school with small number of students and a remarkable Teacher: Taught ratio. A typical classroom is a mix of high achiever students, the first-generation learners, children with special abilities requiring learning support and, the talented lot. The ‘Happiness Quotient’ of our school is high and that is our USP. We lay immense emphasis to value-based education and each person’s cerebral and spiritual well- being. A boutique school with the concept of quality over quantity , RVS believes in nurturing the uniqueness of each child. At Ridge Valley, education comprises of five elements- Academics, Activities and Sports, Personal and Social Education, Out-door Education and Community Service. The Vision of our school helps us to align with these elements to accomplish our goals. Creativity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking skills are woven seamlessly into RVS curriculum. The school motto ‘Nurturing Excellence’ offers a platform to students to develop their passion. Our Students have excelled in different sports - soccer, golf and archery, pistol shooting at State, National and International platforms. We also have showcased talent in International Dance festivals in forms like Bharatanatyam. To inculcate internationalism, we have had interns from various countries like Germany and Sweden as part of our faculty. Our students have had immersion and exchange programs to Bhutan and Poland. We at RVS are a motivated and committed community of students, faculty and parents who work relentlessly towards achieving a harmonious society. Environmental consciousness is a habit woven into our daily chores. We are striving towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 as proposed by The United Nations. As part of support structure RVS offers a safe and secure campus, well integrated Information Technology base, air-conditioned class- rooms equipped with Interactive White boards a spacious Amphitheatre, Nature Trail/green areas and serving of nutritionally balanced meals for all student.
