Encyclopedia Britannica defines discipline as sacrificing some of the pleasures in order to achieve higher quality of life. Discipline cannot be imposed; it must be inculcated by both parents and teachers. Same is the case with the cultural and moral rules. It is a combined effort of both the parent and teacher that shapes our future generations. In the name of discipline we are reluctant to create fear in young minds, which kills the initiative, curiosity and learning capacity of the children and defeats the very purpose of education. Our motto is to make each day of our precious blooms learning a joyful experience without fear.
