Choithram International is one of the leading International Baccalaureate School in the Country with all the three IB Programmes PYP, MYP and DP. We aim to give every student in our care the very best possible education in order to prepare them for life beyond school. We are a ‘Learning Community’ which encourages staff, students, past students and parents to involve themselves fully in all aspects of school life and to identify themselves with its core values of Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Cooperation and Achievement. Our school provides a broad and differentiated curriculum that caters to varied interests and abilities. Choithram International has a very strong and supportive School Council that ensures that the school continues to excel in everything we do. Additionally, the pedagogical leaders and counselors along with the faculty assist the students in their journey throughout their schooling life and beyond. Each student of Choithram International, obtaining the IB Diploma is provided career counselling and placement assistance by the school.In that endeavour we have seen our students being placed in the top most universities of the world. Our educational program is wide and varied and our record of success in the different international level examinations bear testimony to the outstanding performance of our students.Over the years Choithram International has sent out the toppers in CIE and IB examinations and carrying the legacy forward, Sreevidya Ayyar of 2014-16 IBDP batch attained the perfect score of 45 in the IBDP examination- 2016.She was one amongst the few around the globe to have scored it. Our students are encouraged to achieve their personal best and have made us proud of record breaking success. We strive and actualise the students’ dreams taking shape of the reality once they step out of the four walls of the school. Our vision of education is not restrained to the four walls of classrooms but extends far beyond it. We encourage our students to involve themselves in the extensive co-curricular program. Learning here takes place in many shapes and forms. Students have the opportunity to participate fully on the sporting field, on the stage, in leadership activities, Vocational Education and Training courses, the Debating platform, Community Service, Exchange Programmes across IB world Schools, MUNs; to name a few. We are the crusaders in India to have introduced E-Books across all grades, Ipads and Laptops are used by students in their classes. In the coming years we will be a paperless school.
