Simoes, who has over 30 years of experience as an educationist, including 24 years’ at St. Mary’s School, Pune. Ms. Simoes has a wide teaching experience, from the grassroots level of pre-nursery up to Class 12. She has taught various subjects ranging from History and Geography in Middle School and English from Classes 4 to 10 (ICSE). Commerce, Economics, Commercial Applications to Classes 9 and 10 (ICSE), Organization of Commerce, Business Studies and Secretarial Practice to Classes 11 and 12 in St. Mary's Junior College of Arts & Commerce for 5 years. Ms Simoes also has vast administrative experience as Vice Principal of St. Mary's School, Boys Section, Pune, from 1993 onwards to March 2006. Thereafter, she has been the Principal of St. Mary's School and also St. Mary's Junior College (ISC).
