Thiruthangal Nadar Vidhyalaya Chennai was founded in the year 2010 with CBSE Syllabus to nurture the mind of young students from KG to X in North Chennai. Academic brilliance alone will not suffice in today’s competitive world hence our school lays emphasis on the holistic development of the students by encouraging them to be part of Co-Curricular and Extracurricular activities. We earnestly endeavor to make our pupils as perfect citizens and key contributors in nation building through our excellence in education. Year of establishment of school : 14.06.2010. Service to Mankind is service to God” with these thought, we put our foot in North Chennai. To serve the mankind a few people from Thiruthangal, a small Municipality Township came to Chennai. With this notion, we established the Chennaivazh Thiruthangal Hindu Nadar Uravinmurai dharmafund on 1956. “Thiruthangal Nadar Arangam”, a marriage hall was established, which was the first step towards the development of Uravinmurai. As we were interest in the development of education, we started Art and Science College in the name of “Thiruthangal Nadar College”. Presently “Thiruthangal Nadar College” is providing quality education and its strength has come up to 2530.
