Kunskapsskolan schools were conceptualized in the year 1999 by Peje Emilsson and opened its first school in Sweden in August 2000. Currently more than 18,000 students are attending approximately 80 schools in Sweden , UK , US , Netherlands , Saudi Arabia and India following the unique KED program.
